We’ve have eaten here several times now and it’s always great. Portions are huge for the price! It’s our go-to hibachi and sushi place. The hibachi is always cooked perfect and not drowning in oil/butter or sauce like some places. We just had our first takeout experience here and it was fantastic also. The hibachi came with it all, salad, soup, yum yum and huge portions of rice/veg/meat.

Really good food! There’s a lot to choose from! The stir fry is very good! We also enjoyed the ramen noodles dishes! The hibachi dishes are also very tasty! We like the tea and bobas as well! The service is very good and quick! Many door dash deliveries, so what does that tell you????

holy wow! their hibachi with steak and noodles was AMAZING, and i got it as take out! their veggie roll sushi was very good. can't get over the sauce in the hibachi, it was sweet and so good and the noodles were so amazing and thick. serving size is large too, got two meals out of it.

Great casual spot for awesome sushi and ramen! Super clean with a laid back aesthetic. It has been awhile since I've had really good sushi - and Edamame did not disappoint! My husband had one of the ramen dishes and loved it - said it was in his top 3 for best ramen he's ever had. Ayu took great care of us- she offered recommendations and was overall very sweet and attentive. 10/10 a great spot - we will definitely be back very soon!

The food is AMAZING here! One of the best places I’ve ever been too! The food is always top notch and delicious. I took one of my kids here because we were in Medina for a show, and we were amazed. If you are thinking about trying this place out, definitely do! You won’t regret it!

My daughter really wanted to try Edamame Medina for her 17th Birthday dinner. Our family is large so I was concerned they may not be able to accommodate a party of 15. I called during the week and was advised they’d contact me on the day of. Not only did they call in more than enough time for me to let the family know when to meet there, but they asked what special requests I had, if any. Everyone was so kind, the service was great and fast, the food was beautiful and absolutely delicious!! We will definitely be going back because there were so many choices to pick from that we need to try!! The mochi ice cream birthday surprise was my daughter’s favorite! We could not have had a better experience!!

It was unexpectedly phenomenal. Well worth every penny. It beats out any sushi, hibachi place we’ve been to in the area. Well done, Edamame Staff! Fantastic!

The service was great! The waiter/waitress was very caring, friendly, and attentive. My husband and I really appreciate that. Everything was kinda salty (especially the wings with Gangnam sauce), but overall it was a great experience. Huge bowls with plenty of ramen noodles!
